Missouri hires Kim Anderson as head coach
The University of Missouri has hired Central Missouri's Kim Anderson as the new Tigers' head basketball coach. The school announced the decision Monday afternoon.
Missouri's Board of Curators met for an hour and twenty minutes on Monday afternoon and the decision was announced shortly after the meeting concluded.
Anderson is a Missouri alum and is 58 years old. This is his first Division 1 head coaching job. Anderson replaces Frank Haith who left Missouri to coach Tulsa.
