SUBLETTE, Kan. -

Early Tuesday morning the Haskell County Sheriff's Office attempted to stop a vehicle on South Pursley Street in Sublette.

A brief chase followed, and four juvenile males fled from the vehicle on foot.

Narcotics and firearms were located inside of the vehicle, which was abandoned by the occupants.

The first juvenile was located northeast of Sublette around 4:38am and was taken into custody.

Shortly after 7:00am, the other three subjects were spotted along Highway 56 in Sublette.

All three suspects were taken into custody following a secondary foot chase with authorities.

During the course of the investigation, it was determined that there were several auto burglaries in Sublette.

The Haskell County Sheriff's Office is in the process of turning the case over to the Haskell County Attorney's Office and formal charges are pending.
