Join the 'Hoopla in Doo-dah' in downtown Wichita this summer.

Wichita Festivals, Inc. revealed the iconic artwork and theme for Riverfest 2014 at Emprise Bank Wednesday. Local free-lance illustrator Scott Dawson won the artwork competition for the third time with his depiction of a leaping harlequin celebrating amid confetti and fireworks.

Dawson also created "Skip," a fish buddy, which will be featured on the child's button.

Riverfest will run May 30 to June 7. Buttons go on sale next month. Adult buttons cost $5, and the child button will be $3.
