Investigation continues after doctor dies in plane crash

GREELEY COUNTY, Kan. -

One person has died following a plane crash in Greeley County.

It happened around 6 p.m. Saturday near K-96 and County Road Five.

The pilot, 63-year-old Randall Fahrenholtz, was the only person on board. He died when the plane crashed.

The NTSB and FAA are expected to arrive on scene Sunday.

No cause has been released. The investigation is ongoing.
