One person arrested after high speed chase

Pratt County, KAN. -

One person is arrested after a high speed chase.

The chase started in Harvey County around 4 a.m., went through Reno County and ended near Pratt County.

The chase reached speeds of up to 120 mph. Sheriff's deputies used stop sticks two different time to try to stop the vehicle. The car was finally stopped north of Pratt.

The driver was arrested for attempting to elude deputies, reckless driving and being a felon in possession of a firearm.

A passenger was released without charges.

All three sheriff's departments worked to stop the vehicle.
