McPherson police continue to investigate circumstances surrounding a man's body found outside a storage shed last month.

Police Captain Kevin McKean said detectives are still conducting interviews to determine cause of death of 26 year old Ernest Miller. So far, there have been no arrests.

Officers responded to a suspicious item in the 400 block of W. Woodside around 7:30 Thursday morning on March 27th. Investigators believe Miller was strangled to death and suffered head injuries.

Cpt. McKean said the incident is being investigated as a suspicious death. He added clothing and other materials have been sent the forensic center in Great Bend and now awaiting reports from McPherson County Coroner and KBI lab.
