SEDGWICK COUNTY, Kan. -

Several stolen items have been recovered after a burglary at Cook Airfield last week according to Lt. Dave Mattingly with the Sedgwick County Sheriff's Office.

The theft happened sometime between June 29th and 30th in the 7000 block of South 143rd Street East.

On July 7, Law enforcement investigators recovered a stolen Kawasaki Mule, two four wheelers and about 80% of other property taken including gas cans and gasoline.

Mattingly says officers are looking for 3 suspects and expect to have people in custody with charges in coming weeks. He says several related burglaries have occurred in the past couple of months. All have targeted homes except for the theft at Cook Airfield according to Mattingly.

Sumner, Butler, and Sedgwick County officials are all involved in the investigation.
