Barton County sheriff's deputies arrest five people in Great Bend while searching for possible drugs.

The Barton County Sheriff's Office says it received information from the Ellis County Sheriff's Office that led to a traffic stop. It led to the discovery of methamphetamine and search warrants were issued.

Late Monday night and early Tuesday morning deputies served warrants in the 2700 block of Morton Street and 300 block of Fry Street in Great Bend. Investigators say they confiscated drugs and arrested five people.
