FactFinder 12 Don't Fall For It
HUTCHINSON, Kan. -

Tickets go on sale this weekend for the Kansas State Fair concerts, but some websites are already selling them online.

Brokers are illegally promoting tickets that they do not have as well as inflating prices.

State fair manager Denny Stecklein tells us he has contacted the Attorney General's office about these brokers trying to sell tickets illegally to the concerts at the fair.

Factfinder 12 checked into one of the sites already selling tickets.

Hunterhayestour.com is selling seats to the Hunter Hayes concert for as much as $380. Those same tickets go on sale Saturday for $47.50.

The website is not affiliated with the country singer.

The tickets go on sale to the public Saturday at 8 a.m. That's also when secondary market ticket brokers can buy them.

The state fair is warning people to be cautious when purchasing tickets from anyone other than authorized sites.

The Kansas State Fair and tix.com are the only official sellers for fair concert tickets.
