Larkspur: Dark chocolate bread pudding

3 cups heavy whipping cream
1 and one-fourth cups of milk
Three-fourths cup sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
Three-fourths lb. of dark chocolate
Three-fourths cup of egg yolks
One-third cup of whole eggs
One-half tsp ground cinnamon
1 large loaf rustic bread, like ciabatta
Mix all liquid ingredients.
Slice bread smaller pieces cubes.
Pour ingredients over bread.
Cover with plastic wrap.
Let sit in refrigerator for 24 hours.
Bake at 350 degrees, covered in foil, for 40-50 minutes. Uncover for the last 10 minutes.
