1 (12 ounce) package semi-sweet or milk chocolate chips
Dried apricots, peaches or any dried fruit
Line a cookie sheet with waxed paper.
Melt chocolate in a glass bowl in the microwave, stirring frequently until melted.
Dip half of each piece of fruit into the chocolate. Place on waxed paper.
Place in refrigerator until chocolate is hard. Store in airtight container, using waxed paper to separate layers.
